We will be meeting via Zoom for our monthly meetings for the foreseeable future be-cause of Coronavirus. A lot of you have been contacting us and asking how you can participate in the monthly meeting. Here are the instructions, they are very easy. 1) You will need to download Zoom (either on your desk top or your mobile device). Google will give you step by step instructions on how to load Zoom on your device. 2) Email Travis Kelly at HOAMCO, email@example.com, make sure to include all your information along with your interest to be included in the monthly meeting, also include your email that you want to be added to the community email list, make sure it’s the email you want to have the invitation sent to so you will be invited to the monthly meeting. 3) Travis (or Cliff) will in turn send you an invitation in an email, follow the instructions and look for the link highlighted in blue. If you have any questions contact myself or Travis. We want to make sure that all homeowners can attend the virtual meeting, the only difference is, we will all not be in the same room but everything else will be the same. Look forward to seeing you all via Zoom!
Our community has very recently become an area to excessive speed. The posted speed limit in CWS is 30 MPH; we have tracked speeds as high as 93 MPH in here. So to combat this issue, the association has hired a second group of officers with the Maricopa County Sherriff Office (MCSO). The only item this group will be performing are traffic stops writing speed citations. This group will have radar guns mounted in their vehicles and will be position according to problem areas for speed. Our normal security team will not be affected with this new team they will continue to operate as normal. This is an effort to stop the speeding in our community. ALL vehicles driving in our community are subject to being pulled over for speeding. This includes all city of Avondale vehicles, school busses, contractors and private vehicles being driven by homeowners. So, this means if you decide to speed in our community, expect to be pulled over and given a citation for speeding in the community. Please respect our community and be a role model. We all live in here and remember there are 2 parks along Coldwater Springs Blvd. and remember where there are parks there are kids.
